Early Black Friday Fluance RT81+ Turntable Deal
Business Insider • • technology
Key Points:
- The Fluance RT81+ is a midrange turntable priced around $350, currently discounted by $53 on the Piano White model at Amazon, making it an excellent value for under $500.
- It offers a significant upgrade from entry-level models with a solid-wood body, quality components, and features like adjustable rubber feet and an acrylic mat to reduce vibrations and static.
- The turntable includes an Audio-Technica VM95E cartridge known for delivering rich, warm sound, and a selectable built-in preamp for versatile connectivity with powered speakers.
- While not fully automatic, the RT81+ stops spinning at the end of a record side but requires manual tonearm return, catering to users who prefer hands-on operation.
- Available in three glossy finishes—Piano White, Piano Black, and Natural Walnut—the RT81+ lacks Bluetooth support, appealing more to vinyl purists than casual listeners seeking wireless options.
