Intel Wildcat Lake Lineup And Specifications Leaked: Six SKUs, 1/2+4-Core Configuration, And Up To 35W TDP

Intel's upcoming Wildcat Lake chips will feature a higher TDP range of 15-35W, significantly above previous ultra-power-efficient generations that operated around 6-7W.
The lineup includes configurations primarily with 2 Performance cores (P-Cores) plus 4 Low Power Efficient cores (LP-E Cores), except for the entry-level Core 3 304 which has 1 P-Core and 4 LP-E Cores.
Wildcat Lake CPUs will have base clocks of 1.5 GHz (P-Cores) and 1.4 GHz (LP-E Cores), with turbo clocks reaching up to 4.8 GHz on flagship models like the Core 7 360.
Integrated graphics consist of 2 Xe3 cores with turbo clocks up to 2.6 GHz and AI performance ranging from 9 to 21 TOPs, while the neural processing unit (NPU) offers 15-17 TOPs, slightly less powerful than Panther Lake's NPU.
The new chips will not include Efficient cores, maintaining a strict 1/2 P-Core plus 4 LP-E Core design, and will continue to use Cougar Performance and Darkmont LP-E cores as seen in previous Panther Lake processors.
