
Two partners behind Inka’s are opening a lakeshore restaurant in Syracuse’s suburbs

- Developer Guy Hart aims to transform the country club and golf course into Lakeshore Village, an upscale community with up to 1,400 homes and luxury condos, with plans to present a site plan to Cicero town in January.
- Hart is close to signing contracts with Hyatt and Marriott to operate hotels at Lakeshore and Great Northern Mall,
