Key Points:

• The New England Patriots defeated the Miami Dolphins 24-19, improving their season record to 5-3 despite missing several key players and facing challenging weather conditions.
• QB Drake Maye was a standout performer, completing 9-of-10 passes for 146 yards and three touchdowns in the second half, significantly elevating the offense with a +0.42 EPA per play (90th percentile).
• RB Rhamondre Stevenson took on a heavy workload with 22 touches, rushing for 82 yards and playing a crucial role in securing the win by recovering an onside kick and converting a key first down late in the game.
• The Patriots' defensive line, led by DT Cory Durden with 1.5 sacks and multiple quarterback pressures, had a strong showing, though the team's zone defense continued to struggle, allowing early success for Dolphins QB Malik Willis.
• Special teams had mixed results: K Andy Borregales missed a 40-yard field goal and struggled with kickoff coverage, while punter Mitch Wishnowsky and returner Marcus Jones provided positive contributions.
