NY Giants vs. Arizona Cardinals: 6 storylines for Week 4
Big Blue View • • sports
Key Points:
- The New York Giants are focusing on improving quarterback Jameis Winston's performance despite acquiring young QB J.J. McCarthy, who remains on the sidelines for now.
- Winston's current stats show struggles, with a low completion rate, no touchdowns, and one interception, ranking near the bottom among NFL quarterbacks.
- The Giants' offense has been inefficient in the red zone, going 0 for 4 in the last two weeks and relying heavily on field goals instead of touchdowns.
- Head coach John Harbaugh is making roster changes based on merit, including moving on from Odell Beckham Jr., prioritizing team success over personal relationships.
- The Giants will honor the 1986 Super Bowl team during Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals, and a win would put them in a tie for first place in the NFC East early in the season.
