Retire Your Old Fountain: The Alternative From Home Depot Perfect For Your Small Patio
House Digest • • technology
Key Points:
- The Solar Gray Stone Wall Fountain by Teamson, available at Home Depot, is a compact, lightweight patio fountain measuring 2 ¼ feet tall and 1 foot wide, designed for smaller outdoor spaces.
- It features a vertical stack of pots and bowls creating cascading waterfalls, enhanced by LED lights that allow enjoyment after dark.
- The fountain operates fully on solar power, requiring no electrical outlet except for the connection to its solar panel, making it convenient and cable-free.
- Initial setup requires two days of full sun with the power switch off to charge the battery properly, and ongoing operation needs about six to seven hours of sunlight daily for the solar panel.
- To balance sun exposure, the solar panel should be placed in full sun while the fountain itself benefits from some shade to prevent material discoloration and reduce water evaporation; the 6 ½-foot cable allows flexible positioning.
