Exploring the Keto Diet: A Modern Take on Low-Carb Eating

The keto diet has surged in popularity over recent years, known for its potential to help with weight loss and improve overall health. But did you know this diet was originally developed in the 1920s as a treatment for epilepsy? • How does the body transition into ketosis, and what are the signs that you're in it?
  • What are the potential long-term effects of maintaining a ketogenic diet?
  • Can the keto diet be beneficial for conditions other than epilepsy and weight loss?
  • How do you ensure you're getting enough nutrients while following a keto diet?

I tried to begin keto diet few years ago and found it tis so difficult. First of all, it costs a lot and it tis not easy to find the right food. E.g. Where would you buy grass fed beef easy and with good price?

You almost can't find grass-fed beef at a reasonable price!

The body enters ketosis by reducing carbohydrate intake, which depletes glycogen stores and increases ketone production from fatty acids. Signs of ketosis include ketones in the blood, fruity breath, increased urination, dry mouth, reduced hunger, stable energy levels, and initial weight loss.
