Is dirty fasting when u eat whatever u want? Bc that's what I do. As long as u keep to the not eating period I have been successful in doing it.
I have been IF for 4 years now but confess it's dirty fasting. A lot of people are strict and clean fast but does anyone else find dirty fasting works for them

Not sure what you mean by dirty fasting. If explained further, then I can be able to answer. But I have tried the fasting of 6pm- 6pm in the past and lost weight but also put them back on after I crashed.

Dirty fasting is drinking during fasting window other than water. So tea and coffee sugar free squash.

I have never heard of dirty fasting before, but I do feel it defeats the purpose a bit once you start consuming calories during the fasting period.
