For General ones, 6:00am to 10:00am and 16:00pm to 20:00pm is suitable.  Measure blood pressure within 2 to 6 hours after taking antihypertensive medicine, which can reflect the maximum antihypertensive effect of the drug.

If First-time diagnosis group, it is recommended to measure blood pressure every morning and evening. When measuring blood pressure, it should be measured at least twice, with an interval of 1 to 2 minutes.

When the blood pressure control is stable and up to standard, you can self-test your blood pressure 1 to 2 days a week, once in the morning and once in the evening.

You should check your blood pressure at least once a year, or more often if you have risk factors. Home monitoring is helpful, especially if you have hypertension, as it gives more consistent readings.

Depending on your health condition but if you have health issue, you may need to check every day or anytime when you feel high blood pressure to manage.

Buy an at home blood pressure monitor and check your blood pressure at least three times a day. They are not expensive and could possibly save your life!

Im sure at least a couple times a year. Once a year might not be accurate for overall conditions. Probably also depends on each individual, what age, weight and other health conditions they have.
