Does high blood pressure cause tinnitus?

Io no mai avuto non so se sia colpa della pressione l acufene

I think it can cause this because I get a headache when my pressure gets high.

I don't think it's one of the primary causes

Yes, when it affects the blood vessels of the ear or near the ear, it is possible to experience tinnitus i.e. ringing in ears. 

Additionally if high BP causes stroke, that could also cause tinnitus.

I know that blood flow changes can couse tinnitus or make tinnitus more noticeable.
