When I checked in a couple of days ago, I noticed that I had 1000 points missing. Has that happened to anybody else and does anybody know why?

    I just opened the app to get my coins for the day and it started a new account and almost 50k points are gone

      If my account is not restored I’m going to remove the app from my phone and not recommend it to anyone.

    I did realize that points unused will disappear after a year. But I lost exactly 1000

    I’ve lost over 20,000 points and it won’t let submit the email to the contact us in settings like it said to do!?! When I hit the send arrow it does nothing

      Apparently the points expire after one year if they aren’t redeemed

    I lost over 20,000 points. I was trying to reach a certain amount, and that was when I checked it a couple of months ago. Now I’m down to 3,000 points. What is up with that? If I don’t get my points back, I will be reporting this company, and my review won’t be good!! Especially since I’ve talked several people into coming, and I’ve never received any referral points, but I let that go since I was so happy with the app. My old job, I walked anywhere from 6,,000-22,000 steps a day, and yes, I didn’t always collect my coins, but when I left that job in Oct, I was over the 20,000 points. I e had this app a long time and never lost points when the year changed! This is the email I tried to send.

    I’m glad to see it’s not just me. I just noticed a few days ago that 34,000 have expired. I never got any notifications or memos. I then quickly cashed out all that I had left.

    Im not sure if they expire after some time.   Wish i knew as i had 21K and today i hand 7k...grrr
