VersaCart Transit - Mingle with CashWalk #11

I purchased the first VersaCart Transit from Amazon in the late spring of 2021. I'll share some stories about the item with cash walkers in terms of what it does, how it works, and what it means to me.

The descriotion: it is basically a folding shopping cart. It can carry utilities as well. It even carry heavy stuff without a great effort.

The function: Simply put it, it is helping me carry grocery and other items from stores to my car or sometimes to home depending on the distance. It protects items from rain and snow in the water-resistant and heavy-duty canvas with cover.

The performance: it works onle in two directions--forward and backward. It can turn but not sideways. It needs to be pushed with two hands in order to roll forward/backward.

The weakness: The front of the wheels might get damaged easily when carrying heavy stuff. A friend of mine had two 15-pound bags of crops and some other stuff in the cart to carry. She found out that the front wheels got warped.

What it means to me: I enjoy using it almost every day. It is so convenient and easy to use when managed properly. Sometime later, I damaged the front right wbeel. On the top of the escalator, not knowing it got caught in the side trail of the escalator, I pushed it hard. I would have lifted the front a bit by tilting the handle down. It still works with some difficulty when pushed one direction because the double front swival wheels are not alighted. Still, lately, I won't go out without it. I even carry doggies in it. Therefore, I purchased another one recently as a backup in case the original one is totally dysfunctional.
