Why can't I redeem my walking points?

I finally reached 5000 points. Before, I could redeem them by entering the verification code, but why can't I do it now?

    Need to verify by phone call (no more text it seems) then enter code.

      It worked for me on 25 Apr. I clicked redeem, a msg said they will call, I click ok to that. Then I got the call, had to type the number through key pad while on the call. Then click I’m verified at the bottom. Then I enter the code to finalize redemption.
