Can't redeem gift card

Go to Rewards 
Swipe left
Tap the gift card you are redeeming that you had purchased from your coins.
Tap on Copy code
Now tap on yellow rectangle that says redeem card
There should come up a place for code number
I copy and paste
You could manually type it in if needed.
Then tap on claim gift card
I copy and paste this security code or I write it down to insert it into my Redeeming Amazon gift cards to add to my balance.
I am sorry if doesn't work. I just redeemed mine and I am horrible at memorizing steps. 
Sometimes I do have to try it several times before it takes.

Account verification calls don’t come through. They go directly to voice mail. 
I tried so many times; same thing every time. I am within the US, didn’t change the phone.
Hello, CashWalk, don’t you see these comments? Do something! This is frustrating!!

They changed to call to verify and it’s marked as spam, I just maxed out cause it kept calling going straight to voicemail

how many times you redeem your giftcard? thats not good why its suspended? 

I have been trying to cash out for days now, and it tells me it needs to verify me, so I give them my phone number, and I type in the code and the # key and it tells me I’m not doing it fast enough. No matter how fast I type in the code it still tells me it’s not fast enough. I’m beginning to wonder if this app is legit. I’ve put in a lot of work and this is my first cash out to say I’m upset and frustrated as an understatement. 

I got one for chipotle and it worked so it’s not a scam some people probably did some things wrong

Why is my account suspended?

Can’t redeem here either. Phone call won’t go thru. I did receive my first reward. So what’s going on now??

I can’t redeem my 10$ Walmart gift card cause it want send me a code to my phone cause it keeps saying my phone number is already been verified..

I cannot verify my account and cannot claim
my reward.  Everything working fine until I change my phone.  I put in my phone  number to verify but nothing was send to me

I tried for Walmart, gift cards, and Tim Hortons gift cards, but they won’t send me codes. I know my own phone number.
