Same, this happened twice. I had about over 3,000 and it cut again today and now it’s about 2,000. Whys this keep happening? About to delete the app

Yea that was happening to me so I explored the app and when I looked at coin history I found that coins expire. 😤

Why can't I suddenly claim my Coins? Me too

I wrote to them and they said coins expire after 1 year.   The crazy part is the app won’t let me purchase $5 gift cards anymore so I have to get 10,000 coins to get $10 gift cards.   When I got close, some of my points expired cause I couldn’t spend them and now I’m trying to get back up to 10,000 again 😢

No issues here.  Check your history, it will tell you why. 

I saw that points do expire so maybe it might be that.  Either way I’m sorry that happened to you. 

Likewise my points was 18200 and it dropped to 14900. I didn’t withdraw any points
