I retired after teaching grade 4 for 36 years and I look at what the 5th and 6th graders have to do and realize I've forgotten even some of their work.

Thats a long time, i guess i recently went through electrical school and the math involved had my brain hurting some days

Lol, i feel like i used to be not bad at math. But if you dont use it that much you for sure get rusty
