You have to email customer support thru the setting page. Explain to them that your account is suspended..they are very slow to answer but be consistent.. keep on emailing them. It took me over two months .. I have to provides evidence as I went overseas in a non active country ..

Thanks Vicki. The only thing I remember is I post my referral code invite my friends. I delete the r code now. Hoping it will remove the suspension.
