I can't remember the last time I took a nice long nap. Adult life is so busy and I never have too much down time or peace and quiet for that matter, to take a nap. The weather is gloomy today so perhaps it's time to break this curse!! 😴

      I have had the same feeling, being very groggy afterwards. Totally can be frustrating! 😠
