Today's dessert was Greek yogurt.

Very rich, creamy texture. I love it!

    Have you tried adding sugar free pudding mixes to o the yogurt?

    You can also use sugar free gelatin but the pectin changes the consistency. You get these little squishy beads.

    Try adding a SF pudding cup to your yogurt. It is really good!
