76 did you habilitate it on the lock screen?
Hello,
I have activated the app yet it is not counting my steps. The heart app is on my phone so I can see the number of steps each day, but it is not showing in this app.

Go to cashwalk app settings, make sure you to enable lockscreen.

Is locks green enabled for you? It might be the cause if it's not.
