I picked peppers and perilla leaves from a Korean farm outside Surrey. It's so fresh, the price is only 20% of what you'd pay at the supermarket, and the portions are huge. I am so satisfied every time I go.

 I had a great time on BC Day.🫑🌶️🥬

    There are several ways to cook perilla leaves. It can make pickles using soy sauce as a base, and it is also used as a seasoning for various stews. It’s also make kimchi. It can make pasta by making pesto like basil pesto. It‘s really delicious when eaten with grilled meat and raw perilla leaves. 😋

    The pepper on the right looks like a pickled pepper, but it is a shishito pepper with wrinkles on it. Maybe I don't know?
