I bought shepherds pie from Costco.

It's pretty good. I love shepherds pie with Sriracha sauce! Haha

    Ground beef with veggies stir fired and then put them on the botton of the container,  and put Mashed potatoes on the top. And bake. I prefer to put some shredded cheese but I didn't have it at that time.

    You're right. Specifically pie with lamb is called shepherd's pie from the history of the U.K., and the pie with beef is called cottage pie. However, nowadays some pies with beef are also called shepherd's pie. This one is one of those.

    Wow. Respect you! I know if once I cook, it is not really hard. However I respect your diligence!! Also the taste must be way better than the ones in shopping malls!!
