Coins disappearing

I had over 15,000 coins, and all the sudden they disappeared. I didn't use any of it at all, they just randomly gone away.

    Erm maybe it’s when the 5$ gift card has gone locked? I loses 1,000 of my coins! Maybe you have the same thing JUST WORST!
