Is this a scam?

I have the same problem! I’ll be deleting this app. There are several other walking apps that really pay and it doesn’t take nearly as long to get the points. I’ll be glad to give you my two favorites if you’d like.

Not a scam it is a new update they did! Although it is sad it is still possible to get the $5 you just have to get the other tiers first. In the same boat as well! 🥲

yes i got that update too, in order to get another $5 card you have to unlock the $10 and the $15. honestly i see it as a good thing to motivate you for reach for higher goals. if you don’t like that though, i use moneywalk as well, they have better card options. if you see this, use code

Not a scam but very disappointed with the new update. It used to take like less than a month to get a 5 dollar option but with this update its kinda ridiculous. Now it'll take 2-3 months if u walk regularly and collect ur steps but still.....

I've redeemed $20 in gift cards so far this year.

I’ve never redeemed, but it’s by choice. It seems as legitimate as the similar apps I have. I’m at like 45,000 and I just don’t care for the options right now.

They changed it. You been 10,000 for $10 now. Nothing less

After they doubled the points, it has become a scam. 
Used to be 6750 for 15$ gift card, and I can put on the daily effort to Watch ads. 
Now.... No way, around 2 month of phone resources, internet data, your time and efforts, for 10$?

Legit best app on the playstore.
20k steps a day is 200, that over two weeks is 5 bucks. Plus the 1500 coins every week with the challanges is easy motivator to keep this app.

Walktask is good, but right now its going through a rough patch, but the ads on that is short too

Yes that is right but you will be able to soon as you reach that ten dollar card. Gift card gets sent to your email.i have received at least ten gift cards when we were able to get $5. ones the points were so much harder to receive no challenges giving 500 points and no doubling points on scratch offs also only 3 of those boxes to play to win points a day. Now it gives you a box for every 1000 steps plus challenges and all. I'm assuming that's why we can't claim $5. gift cards. I have claim AMC theater, Olive Garden $25., Sophora makeup, and mix it up pretzels at the mall. I'm still playing two years later I'm also now having to claim $10 or more card. I suggest claim the $10 card so you can see that it is honest and that this app does work because it does take quite some time to get up to the $10 or more so I would be claiming $10 at a time.

Not a scam. It works fine.  Just a new rule.

If you don’t redeem the 5000 coins into a reward it does make you go to the next 5000. With that being said I have always received my rewards. This time I didn’t do it at 5000. But I’m almost at 10. It’s not a scam. Do the challenges. You’ll get there faster.
