I have problems too. I cashed to get 2 Lowe’s cards and it won’t work at Lowe’s. 🙄🙄
Had to cancel my account because I couldn't open the app. Had a few cards available to cash out. I hope that's not why they decided to freeze the app. Had to remove my app and reinstall and lost everything and started all over again.
