Has anybody else had trouble cashing out for a reward???

Cash walk has a major problem when you are trying to redeem coins for rewards. It no longer send you a text message with a verification code, it sends you a phone call. Then it doesn’t return you to the verification code page and by the time you find it again, it doesn’t allow you to enter the pound sign after the code.

Idk what is going on I have cash out a hand full of times but I don’t know were it’s goes not to my PayPal account can anyone help me
