Can't Redeem

So apparently I need to receive a call to verify instead of text and entering the code via call doesn't actually allow me to redeem. Just a revolving door of having to enter my number, receive the call, enter a code followed by the pound key, rinse and repeat. Has CashWalk become a scam?
