This is the third time this has happened to me. If it does not get resolved and I get my coins back, I'm deleting this stupid thing so that's a waste of time that we all don't have.

Coins will expire if they have not been used. It’s better to just redeem as soon as you can rather than accumulating coins.

Did you, or someone who has access to your phone, redeem a gift card? 3k coins is the smallest amount to redeem, so that might be why...
