Fix your rewards or your advertisers will lose many subscribers

I can’t get my reward even though I click redeem and then use my phone number to verify but I don’t get a code.  It says ‘this mobile number is already verified’. Yet it doesn’t let me proceed from that step. Help appreciated please!
