Verification calls won’t come through

So is Cashwalk just a bust now? Been trying to redeem my points for a Dunkin's gift card and the calls don't come through, it just goes straight to my voicemail. I've added the number to my contacts, changed my security settings to allow spam calls, and it still goes to voicemail. Used to love this app but gonna delete it if I can't redeem my points anymore because they changed it from a text to a phone call. For the record the phone call used to work when they first introduced it and now it doesn't
