Rewards coins removed

Hi There, 2 days ago I checked my coins that were somewhere around 14500 and after 2 days i logged in and now it reduced to 11800. Why did u removed my points . This is what has been happening and some time before as well hence I lost interest, but I am back here but still I am having same experience. Can someone pls help check . Thks
