Reason your points expire

If you see your points expiring, it's because that amount of points was earned over a year ago. They expire first in first out. So let's say I earned 3000 in Jan of 2025, then Jan 2026 I would loose 3000 points unless I use them. So don't wait to cash your points in once you reach a goal for the gift card you want. I have cashed out 3 barns and noble and several Amazon. Yes it can be confusing to cash in and this last time there was an extra call verification step that didn't work but then finally it somehow worked or decided to skip that part and I was able to get my e-card.

So if your not walking a lot, you won't reach your goal quick enough before you start to lose points on a monthly bases.

So walk those 10000 steps daily, don't forget to collect your point before midnight, watching the annoying ads for bonus points can help. I've never done the games or extra challenges so I can't speak on those. The scratch one on earn more points is simple. You can do it 3 times, sometimes more if you watch an ad. Rarely does it give you more than 1 point, some times 10, few times I've gotten 100. But every point gets you closer to that 5,000 mark. Once you reach it,cash it out for a gift card.

And in case you are wondering if it goes to an email, no it doesn't. I was worried about that too when I first started because the email they have on here for me isn't even a real email for me. It was a random email. Contacted support and basically said that because I signed up a certain way, I don't have access to change it. Luckily it wasn't needed.

I don't use most functions on this app, so I can't say it's perfect by any means. But I have earned points, I've cashed in and I've received and used gift cards I earned.

It's free, so what do you expect to get. Nothing is truely free. It cost something to someone. The question is, to you is it worth the cost. Is it worth your time, is it worth your info being shared (cause every company basically sales your info, it's basically already out there long before you got this app).

Overall it's your decision. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the specifics on expiration. I didn’t realize the gap until I counted my rewards and current points against my accumulated total. Which comes to about half for me. Still generally nice, I just need to pay better attention.

Also if you are having trouble verifying it could be your phone is silencing unknown numbers. I found out my iPhone was doing that. Try adding the automated phone number to your contacts. You should be able to receive the call after that. Then put in code then press #. Then you will be verified for that gift card. At moment you have to do this every time you try to redeem a card. I think they may have added this feature to insure you are real and not a bot or something like that.
