Why can’t I use my 5000 rewards when I have over 5000 in rewards

i think it because its locked, you can only claim the one’s that’s not. i think you can only claim the locked one when you accomplished something

like someone else said,it should tell you like it did for us,that you need to redeem a bigger card to unlock the lower cards in this new system they added,it's probably to counter people making fresh accounts for the starter coins to get a $5 card and then making new ones

Nah … just click on that whatever gift card u want   And withdraw.. even starting from 5$ … its not locked or something… its just shown like that

Interesting, this must be fairly new. I’ve had the app for 2-3 years now and I didn’t have that issue when I went to redeem my first card. Granted the one I wanted at the time was a 15$ card for barns and noble and there wasn’t a smaller card for that one. Hope it unlocks if you get a  bigger card first.

It’s cause u have to buy 10$ gift card first and then the 5$ gift card will unlock hope this helped
