Missing gift card

A few months ago I had over $10 gift card with Tim Hortons,  it disappeared all of a sudden, and now my gift card for $10 with Walmart has also disappeared.  I contacted BHN customer service,  was advised to contact the issuer.

Please look into this matter otherwise there is no benefit in using Cash Walk.
