Not able to redeem at all.

Its so frustrating to use this apps now. I am not able to redeem my gift card. Contacted customer service but seems they didn't do anything to fix the issue.

    Get Ahealth app. It's awesome and pays out. Sooo much better than this wacky app. I'm waiting for 40 points and I'm out.

    You get a code that goes into a website that thengives you your redemption code for Amazon etc. is that what you are experiencing? When I hadn't redeemed in a while took me a bit to figure it out
