I think it's because the voice you hear when you speak sounds completely different than the ones you hear when you record.
Does anyone else who films out there, do you edit till you can't stand your voice lol... I do that and it kills me... happy Wednesday

For me, the recorded sound does not sound like me at all so it's uncomfortable to listen to.
