I'm very greedy especially over ice cream, so I don't portion it out lol. I know that's bad.
How many calories are you consuming when you fill a cereal bowl with ice cream? It depends on what you consider "fill" and what kind your having. Just for reference, check out what is considered a portion of Hershey's Moose Tracks. I decided to have a little more than half a serving tonight. I zeroed out the food scale so you can see that the ice cream in the ramkin is 59 grams and not the ramkin and the ice cream together.
