Record highs here in coastal NC too. Days with heat index over 100%. Definitely out of the norm here.
We are having such crazy hot weather in Arizona this year. 115° for days. I live not having humidity though. Makes it more tolerating.

Same here in Florida. We are in our high 90 but the ugly humidity makes it so crazy. This year has been horrible so far..

115° is intense! It's good to hear that the lack of humidity helps make it more bearable. Staying cool and hydrated is key in such extreme heat.
