It's grilling season and we're making the most out of it. We had London broil and it came out perfect. We like our meat to be medium rare.

It refers to the cooking technique rather than a specific cut. It's generally marinated flank steak that's been broiled or grilled(this one was grilled) then cut across the grain into thin strips. We get the cattleman's cut at our butcher shop.
