Sometimes I just wanna enjoy my time, but I can't stop myself thinking...I know I'm thinking too much...how to control myself to stop thinking๐ ?

When I work, I dream holidays and when I am on holidays, I think of my working. It's ridiculous ๐

ย I hear ya that's how the first few days of vacation are for me too. I have to keep reminding myself that this is me time not Work time and let it go.ย

You shouldn't. You should Try to be in the moment. Give 100% of you, to where you are. When with friends, be with them. Family same, as they are most important. Work, you should give your 100%, it will always be there. Someone did your job before you and someone will do it after you. You are replaceable at your job. Not with family.
