There is a little lake very near my home with trail that goes around it. I haven't gone in several months because of the heat and humidity. Once the temperatures go down I'll go again.

I walk from my bedroom to my son's room. Around the kitchen and into the living.. lol.. I do this if it is too hot

For indoor walking, we'd like to go to the mall because it's air-conditioned and we can get some good steps in there.

Some of my steps are just going up and down stairs. I live on the fourth floor and with people visiting for my services as a notary and no way to buzz anyone into my building, I often have to make 3-5 trips up and down the stairs.
