17.7 - I don't trust temu for many reasons. Not only that, I am SICK of the freaking number ads and am boycotting temu on that principle alone. Shove your product down my throat and I will reject it.
Temu's products fail to meet fundamental safety standards. According to a test conducted by the renowned review site 'Which' in early 2024, three electric heaters purchased from Temu were all deemed electrically hazardous and should not be legally sold in the UK.

A lot of their products are questionable. I brought 3 agitators that can turn a bucket or deep sink into a mini washer for like underwear and socks. One stopped working not even 5 minutes after starting. Other was on second group of clothes before stopping. Third wasn't even waterproof Also, when I called customer support, they claimed: a) usps (government postal service) is their privately contracted logistics company several times after I kept correcting them. b) another package that I never got, they claimed was left on a back deck of the house. I live in a 4 story apartment building! Yes, I sent them pictures of the building. c) according to their tracking, arrived in the east coast (ny) only to have to go to west coast (vali) for customs, to only head back to the east coast, as if the east coast doesn't have customs offices.
