17.9 - I have the same problem. There are a lot of outside kitty cats (whom I feed and play with and have named so... they are mine in my mind). They claw up the window screens trying to get inside.
I fixed broken screen with tape like a screen but it is getting off again. I can't have perfect screen because of my cat and neighbors cats.

They sell the tape just like a screen and I just put them on where thy have holes.
