stairs ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ

One of my favorite workout places is "stairs".

It takes me 30 minutes to walk from my place, and it has approximately 330 steps.

I usually climb up and down twice.

It takes about 20 minutes total.

When I go to the top of the stairs, a nice view and cool breeze are waiting for me.

    I usually walk around the neighborhood with the dogs if weather permits otherwise I go to the gym.

    Wow! I like walking stairs or hills for exercise, but it's pretty flat where I live. We don't even have multiple story buildings where I could walk stairs.
