Lunch

Decided to try my hand at homemade Ethiopian food. Super pleased with the results! 6 meals worth of ingredients cost me about $30USD. It has so many tasty root vegetables!

The dishes are as follows(going clockwise:)

•Gomen Wat - collard greens and sautéed onions

•Misser Wat - red lentils and roasted vegetables

•Key Sir Alicha - roasted beets and potatoes

•Atakilt Wat - stewed cabbage and potatoes

All served with Injera - effectively a sourdough crepe used as a utensil to eat all the deliciouLunchs food

Wow!  You must like to cook!   I am not a foodie and I don't like to cook, so that's great that you have the patience to cook all of that!
