Do you journal?

I have this little book I bought on a whim called "One Line a Day: A Five Year Memory Book" and it has space to write a couple sentences for each day over 5 years - I'm about 2.5 years through now and it's really nice to be able to easily see what I was up to this day for the last couple years. I can quickly see what ways my life has been changing and what ways its the same. I do sometimes like to write longer entries, but I put those in my daily planner.

Do you do any kind of journalling?

Same! Especially in my teens I'd spend (what felt like) hours a day writing in my journal!

Yeah, it can be pretty time consuming and sometimes emotional to do in-depth journalling. That's why I like my little One-Line-A-Day journal. Keeps it short.

I journal. Only a few months in though. Gratitude journals are good too

I should try some gratitude journalling. Right now I mostly just sum up my activities for the day unless something really struck me, but keeping a daily log of things I'm grateful for would be really nice.

Yeah I did it alot more when I was younger. I'd write multiple pages a day 😅
