17.24 - For instance, when I decided to get healthy and lose weight, I did a LOT of research on all kinds of things. One topic lead to another topic or I would have a question and that lead into something else... It just snowballed.

17.25 - All that research leade to discover the nutrients I was wasting by discarding strawberry leaves and stems. Strawberry leaves and stems are chock full of
Vitamins: vitamin C and vitamin A
    Minerals: calcium, iron, and magnesium
Antioxidants: flavonoids and phenolic compounds, which may help reduce the risk of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes
Tannins: Might help with digestion, balance gut acidity, and reduce inflammation

17.26 - And dandelions! They are for more than just popping the heads' off... [Mama had a baby and it's head popped off. (Then you proceed to break the dandelion flower off it's stem.)]
Dandelions can be eaten many ways and every part of the dandelion is edible. It's not just that dandelions CAN be eaten; they provide medicinal properties and nutrients, too!
