I want to have a good sleep

I have trouble falling asleep recently. I always feel sleepy at night but can't fall asleep. Do you have any good tips for sleeping?

    Lower the temperature in the room a little, completely block out the light, cover the bedding with soft material, and apply an eye patch. If you lie down and relax your entire body while taking deep breaths two or three times for about eight seconds, you will be asleep without even realizing it. It's my experience. 😴
