It looks like Mountain Ash. They are called Rowan berries and they are poisonous off the tree.
Was walking around the lake earlier and saw trees with these orange berries on them. Does anyone know what they are? They're pretty but are such a bright color part of me thinks they're poisonous.

It looks like mountain ash or rowanberries. Not to be eaten raw, it can cause stomach irritation, kidney damage and a lot of stuff. But some people processed/cooked them to make it safer to eat or as medicine. Try a plant identifier app to make sure.

Those look like rowanberries. I believe they make jam a sauce from them. If the birds aren't bothering them they're not likely to be great
