As a child, I loved westerns. But I moved to fantasy as I grew older. Now my books are mainly non fiction.
I think it's really interesting to see how my tastes have changed over the years. Particularly in what kind of media I like to consume. Generally I read less than I used to, but I like to read non-fiction alot! When I was younger, once I discovered the fantasy genre, I didn't want to have anything to do with nonfiction! Now I read a fair bit of science, psychology, and horticulture books.
What kind of books do you like to read now that you hated as a kid? Or what kind of books did you love as a kid that make you cringe now ๐?

Yeah that's how I used to be! Then I went to a science book-fair and saw so many books on psychology and ecology that I got hooked ๐คฃ

I used to read a lot of adventure books. Now it's not like I hate them but I don't particularly like them...

Now I read mostly dark psychology books. I don't think that I would have loved them when I was a child.
